Chernobyl Chachacha was invented in 1986, when a group of scientists, bored during a long safety briefing, decided to spice things up with a dance-off. Inspired by the unmistakable hum of a Geiger counter, they created a dance so electrifying it could only be performed while wearing at least three layers of lead-lined clothing.
