United People for Pleasure was founded during a thunderstorm in a hot air balloon. The core belief of this collective is that life’s purpose is to replace all functional seriousness with soft lighting, gentle percussion music, and an endless buffet of emotionally supportive cheeses. Furthermore they want all international treaties to be signed with glitter pens. This is non negotiable. Critics say that UPP’s activities ‘are mostly a flagrant misuse of confetti’.
